Varvaglione Papale Oro Primitivo 2015

Papale Linea Oro, or the Golden Papal Line is 100% hand selected Primitivo grapes, from the very hot and dry region of Southern Puglia, Italy. In 2011 Varvaglione celebrated its 90th birthday by launching their premium range of wines, the Papale collection. The 2014 has won medals all over the world, including Gold in Canada and Japan, and was part of Luca Maronis Best Italian Reds of 2017.

It has all the hallmarks of a great Southern Italian, filled with mixed berries, rich dark chocolate, violets, vanilla, spice – the list goes on.
