From one of our favourite Gizzy producers comes a 6 bottle pack bursting with aromatics and fresh, fun fizzy! 

Hihi Wines is a small boutique winery based in Gisborne and was launched by Andy Nimmo in 2005. Since then 90+ award winning wines have been produced from hearty creamy buttery Chardonnays to exciting Albarino’s, Andy has access to some glorious white grapes growing in Gisborne and appears to have a firm interest in aromatics.
Each case contains 2 bottles of each of – 
Hihi Te Hihi Brut NV “This Gisborne fizz comes with a crown seal and pays homage to the world’s most popular white grape, Chardonnay, which makes up 100% of this big buttery bubbly. It is dry with flavours of fresh bread from time on yeast lees, which add depth and flavour to this great value sparkling wine.” – 4 Stars, Joelle Thomson, Wine Writer
Hihi Sparkling Albarino 2019 A clean, crisp and unique sparkling from the aromatic loving producer Hihi. Notes of zetsy citrus with a juicy pineapple finish.
Hihi Bubbly Gris 2016 A light, easy drinking fruity sparkling wine that’s great as a summer aperitif. Pears, rock melon and honey with a gingerbread, refreshing finish. The final blend of Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer was carefully selected to produce a fresh sparkling wine balanced with some fruit sweetness.
