Grown on a clay-limestone plateau and produced in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region at Servian between Beziers and the medieval city of Pezenas.  
Cellar for up to 5 to 6 years to achieve a great evolution of the aromatic character.
Recommendations: Fine dishes of poultry, red meat, game and strong cheeses.
Awards: Gold Medal – Concours Des Grands Vins du langeudoc-Roussillon.
