Red summer fruit aromas dominate on the nose with a slight touch of black pepper spice. There is an attractive concentration of ripe red fruits that makes the wine plum and lush. Well structured with soft and smooth tannins that lead to a long finish.

Perfect with grilled meats, poultry in sauce and a wide variety of Italian pasta dishes.

The Piedra Negra Alta Coleccion Malbec is 100% Certified Organic. It is traditionally fermented between 25 and 30C with daily pumping over. After fermentation it is macerated for a long time in order to achieve a high degree of colour and flavour extraction.
