The Appassimento method is used whereby the grapes are hand harvested and traditionally dried on bamboo or straw mats. In this particular Primitivo, it helps squeeze all the red berry and cherry flavours from the grape, wrapping them up in a balanced, soft and gently spicy palate.
Decant for a few before tucking in.
